This is the first time that the Genios vitola has been used outside Cohiba. The Connossieur A is reserved throughout the world for sale only in Casas del Habano and shops that qualify as Havana Cigar Specialists.

The first thing to know about this release is that it’s only available at La Casa del Habano shops and Habanos Specialists. Habanos Specialist is a label created by Habanos SA to distinguish shops that carry a wide selection of Cubans and can offer relevant advice. The Connossieur B is available in boxes of 25 and single sticks.

H.Upmann Coronas Majors

The Cigar

H. Upmann was the first brand anywhere in the world to introduce the cedar lined aluminium tube for cigars. This was not the first size to be tubed, but it has been on the UK market since 1937, so it has passed muster with many smokers.

H.Upmann Half Corona

The first 31 /2 inch (90mm) Havana to be introduced since the Second World War. Its forebear, called the Half-a-Corona, was in its day the biggest selling Havana size by far.

H.Upmann Magnum 50

The Cigar:

Piloted as one of the highly successful 2005 Edicion Limitadas, the Magnum 50 entered the range as a standard size in 2008. A big cigar, just over six inches in length, that delivers a rounded, mellow flavour and aroma.

H.Upmann Magnum 54

H. Upmann is classified as Light to Medium by Habanos S.A, the Cuban company
responsible for the global marketing and distribution of Cuban cigars.

The H. Upmann taste is often said to have a clear and clean tobacco taste, often
mistakenly described as ‘simple’ by less experienced smokers.

The American publication, Cigar Aficionado scored this cigar 89 out of 100 in a February
2017 review, saying "This cigar exudes a pleasant, toasty aroma as it burns. Floral intonations segue into a strong peanut character with touches of cinnamon, woodiness and a mineral finish.”

Although relatively young this cigar is already smoking very well and exhibiting many
classic H. Upmann flavours. However, it seems destined to develop even more once it
has acquired two or three years age.

H. Upmann Magnum 56 LE 2015 has a balanced and elegant light to medium bodied blend. A cigar that is hard to find but will not disappoint.

The new cigar is a Double Robusto that measures 5 9/10 x 56, a girthy stick that continues the Cuban cigar company’s move towards bigger ring gauges.

Virtually a robusto, but slightly thinner and longer, this cigar merits the title ‘connoisseur’ for its delicate light flavour, great balance and elegant aroma. Once presented without a band, now it sports Upmann’s distinctive red and gold colours.

H.Upmann Propios LE 2018

The Cigar

H.Upmann Propios LE 2018 is a highly regarded smoke aged 2 years to help the flavours meld together to create a beautifully refined cigar. It’s very small for an Edición Limitada, measuring 4 3/4 x 46.

These cigars are blended in the classic light style of Hoyo de Monterrey. The tin is part of the Retro Linea from Habanos and has been inspired by pocket cigar cases that were popular during the 1970's. This case holds five Petit Coronas and is, of course, indefinitely reusable.

Vitola: Petit Corona

 Habanos S.A. showed off the new La Gloria Cubana Turquinos, a 5 6/11 (141mm) x 50 parejo size known as the Gordito. This vitola has been used for dozens of previous Cuban cigars, it is probably best known as the vitola of the Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure Especial.

The Turquinos will be offered in 10-count boxes. Given how it’s described, it is likely to be a regular production offering.

The Harimau Malaya (name representing the national mascot of Malaysia) is generally referred to as Panthera tigers malayansia, due to its geographical population in Peninsular Malaysia.

This population inhabits the southern and central parts of the Malay Peninsular. In the Malay language, the Harimar (Tiger), also known as the southern Indonchinse Tiger. This tiger is the smallest tiger compared to his 8 other brothers, and has a different stripe, just like human fingerprints. This tiger is the king of the forest, however humans often kill these animals for their skin and fur used for clothing, medicines.

 This tiger has been classified as critically endangered, with likely less than 200 individuals remaining on a declining trend.
